I have a bottle that I forgot about, and it is expired, will it still be ok to take? or should I just throw it away. Buy another?? of course

Each product has ingredients that degrade over a different period of time. It would depend on how far past the expiration date and how it was stored. Many products can still be used after the expiration date by up to 6 months, however, they may have less potency and therefore their effectiveness may be less. It is best to check with the manufacturer for a specific product to determine how long an item can be safely used past its expiration date.
